Some Background

Over the coming weeks, we’re planning some upgrades and enhancements to our council framework, and while we have some of our own ideas, we’d like to take on board ideas from existing council clients to see how many we can include in our next version.


We’re developing a system so that for each meeting you can add attendance data for each councillor via a status, eg attended, didn’t attend, sent apologies etc. Would you find this useful? Would you like this functionality to offer you anything else that you’d find useful?
We already have functionality for meetings, agendas and minutes, but is there anything we can do here that would help you or makes your lives easier?
